4 Waters was hired by Lindner d.o.o. to design the residential building "Vila Banjica" in Belgrade, and the scope of work foresees the design of the Preliminary Design, the Project for the construction permit and the Project for the execution of works.

4 Waters is engaged to prepare all Project documents per specialities, including the architectural part for both plots.
